(AP) - — Students who have graduated from homeschooling programs would be eligible to apply for civil service positions and promotions under a bill signed by Gov. Ed Rendell on Monday. The new law, which took effect immediately, also increases the window of time for applying from civil service jobs from one year to five years for graduates of colleges or other post-secondary institutions.
