Grrrr... I might have to break down and get the TE for my oldest students English. Some of the examples are so foggy to me. I do not want to teach her incorrectly. I will start by hitting the Kahn Academy for individual skills, and youtube, but might have to invest in the TE. Sigh! I was a poor student in this area. I have to get a basic college type grammar book out and brush up. BTW, I think they made up some new parts of speech, and renamed others.
What are you currently using for English? I swear I think you're right -- I dunno about adding new ones, but renaming old ones for sure!
