All right I'll start us off this week. I don't know if everyone is on vacation or just hasn't been posting but let's try to get everyone's update this week! We're all here for support! I was 213 this morning which I think is up 2 lbs from last week. I spent the first three days this week on vacation and not eating super healthy so I'm not really surprised. My focus for this week is to really try and cut down on the amount of sugar that I'm eating. Trying to replace it with fresh fruit instead! How are you all doing?
I'm 220 today, which is up again, but my in-laws are moving out TODAY and so maybe this 'up and down but mostly up' cycle will stop now! Thanks for starting the thread! I'll bbl!
Zero loss for week ten. We must be about half-way to the closing date, but I'm not half-way to my goal yet! I was hoping to catch up with you, Jackie! I am wearing a size smaller though, so that's fun.
