    Hello all,
We are starting a co-op in the fall and we will have some books for the familes to buy. I was wondering where you all buy used books from? I know of a few but I am trying to make a sheet to hand out to the parents so they look for the books there before buying new...
    Thanks
    Lisa

Great idea, Lisa! I would have LOVED that when I started out! I'm like Deena...vegsource and homeschool classified. I had another place I really liked, but my bookmarks got messed up and I lost it. I'd love for you to post your list when you finish it, maybe ask Amanda to do it as a sticky.....?

Another suggestion would be to join paperback swap. That may or may not work depending on the titles needed but it wouldn't hurt to try!

I don’t know if this is what you are looking for but I found this site called Discount Text Direct. I bought the whole Houghton Mifflin reading program (1st though 6th grade) to use with my Hooked on Phonics curriculum. I also found one called Academic book services but I have not used them yet. They seem to have lots of text books. I am thinking of buying the one for my states history for us to use this year. They also have teacher editions.

HSLDA has a curriculum market. I've used them once with a good experience. There isn't as much listed as some of the other sites, but it's an option.
