Well Emma has completely upset my carefully planned out school schedule. I had us scheduled to do 2 math lessons a week.

She did 8 lessons just today.

I had her scheduled to do 3 handwriting lessons a week. She did 5 just today.

At the rate she's going she's going to be done with my whole K curriculum by Christmas.

    HOLY COW!

All I can say is thank goodness she's homeschooled and now I have to go shop for 1st grade stuff. :D

That is exactly why I don't schedule very much. Grace will be finished with her K math within a month or two and then I have to get 1st grade stuff. I think I may go ahead and do a total 1st grade curriculum with her after Christmas. She will be 6 at the end of January so I think that may work well.

Anyhoo.....good luck to you guys and tell your dd way to go!

Yay! That's just another great reason to homeschool! She's not waiting on everyone else to finish!

We started today and both my kids (11 and 9) did far beyond what I had planned too. :) That's why I have a big plan, then only plan one week at a time.
