Hello Ladies! I have been checking in at least 4 or 5 times a week, but I haven't been posting much, so I thought I'd say HELLO!! Dh's replacement should arrive on base in one week, then he has to stay one more week and then find a way home. So we're in the home stretch!! Mil has been doing better, thank God. Dh's grandpa has been having a VERY difficult time. A couple of weeks ago we thought he would not make it, but he finally turned the corner and is now in the nursing home where mil is the nursing director. I am optimistic that he can hang in there until dh gets home. In the mean time it is just all the crazy times of single parenthood. I don't know how people do it!!
Glad you checked in! I don't know how single parents do it either! UGH. I give any single parent or military family a ton of credit. My dh works 60 hours a week and it can be tough.
Jen, I am so happy you checked in with us, we missed you alot, and sure glad you are on the home front for dh to come home. Hang in there not long left.
So, are we talking within a couple of weeks? How exciting!! I'm so glad your family will be reunited soon!
Ohhhh, how exciting! These two weeks or so will probably seem to go slower than a turtle! I'm praying for your dh and for you! And for a happy reunion SOON!
Yeah for you. I love the homecommings Hubby is currently doing his turnover this week, he finally got to his duty station (he left back in March).
