    Ok, I'm completely computer illiterate & for the life of me cannot work out how to download piccies here but if anyone is interested in having a peek~a~boo I have managed to post my daughter's winning art work in my blog.

    Nice blog, and the pics are wonderful. I love to see the art work of children. Tell you daughter, Great Job!! We want to see more:)

    Thank you.:) I'm biased but think she's pretty talented & she's an amazing extrovert ~ as you can probably tell from the pics.

    My Ditz entered all 3 in their appropiate categories plus a second abstract which I haven't posted as the photo is a little strange. Ditz took them for me & downloaded them so I'm not sure why that one hasn't worked. The Ducks was the overall winner.

    Oh sorry, it was late here & the old brain was malfunctioning!

    She entered in a Primary Schools art exhibition hosted buy one of the local shops.

    awesome! :) ...i like the "island" one best -- i'm not entirely sure what "Aboriginal dot painting" is, but i'm about to google it and find out.. it looks really cool though, and i bet that took a long ol' time to get all the dots where they needed to be! the hands on it it, very cool! :mrgreen:

    One of our local artists was a judge & had a long chat with Ditz on the jetty one day about 'doing dots'. It was hysterical; they agreed it makes you go cross~eyed! Her work is amazing! Very traditional. She does dots in different sizes. I think it is migraine making ~ & yes it takes ages to do. Not for me. I'm a slap'n'dash painter myself.
