    Hi Lorna,

I saw your post a couple of days ago, but I haven't done alot with the American Revolution yet except with what was in our history book. I went to ask.com and typed in "american revolution for elementary?" and a whole bunch of sights popped up. This one I bookmarked- it has songs and letters and articles about the women and a whole bunch of things: www.kent.klz.wa.us/KSD/DE/research/revolution/

I hope this helps. Also, our library has a cookbook/history book from the American Revolution, and also a "Kids during the A.R." book.

Good luck searching, and please share what you find!
