Jen, I am with Jackie how can we pray for you all the time, there are so many a month and you used them up. Just kidding we will pray for you, no problem. If it gets bad let us know I will get the pink jet warmed and we will come and see you... Hang in there we are here for you.
Thanks, guys. All of the sudden today I just hit a wall where I was pretty sure there was no way I was going to make it through the next few months without losing my sanity. I think I was just getting nervous because dh was supposed to leave tonight and I wouldn't know when we would hear from him next. I just talked to him a bit ago and as he was on his way out the door to catch his plane he got a call saying he will stay in VA until Saturday morning. So I am feeling better now. Thanks so much. Sometimes I feel like a prayer leech!
Poor thing! You'll probably have times like that the whole time he's gone. That's OK! And every time you do, let us know! (I think we'll allow you a double allotment of prayers, lol!)
I know this will be a hard time for you. You have my un-ending supply of prayers coming your way.
Can I tell you again how great I think you guys are? My mom is here and sleeping in my computer room tonight, so I have not more computer time tonight. But I'll be back tomorrow evening!
Jen, Jen, Jen..........NEVER feel you're asking for prayers too much! That's what friends are for! We're here to support you with prayer and whatever else we can! God never tires of our prayers, and closes the door cuz we've prayed too many times, so how could we?! I surely do wish we could hop in Kris's jet and come pray WITH you and give your REAL hugs! But, just know we are prayng for you, and will continue to do so!!!
Jen, you poor thing. Your heart must be breaking. I am praying for things to get easier in the coming days. Patty
Jen, I prayed for you before I got out of bed this morning that you and your dh will be able to keep in communication often; that in spite of the lonliness and longing and wondering, that you'll still be able to do the things you need to; that you'll be surrounded by good friends (like your mother, who is with you now); and that the Lord would cover you with His peace. Keep in the Word daily and look for precious promises that will become your very own. Love and Prayers, Prairie
God is good and I am glad you know He is the answer. He will deliver and comfort...He is our Rock and our Song... I will pray for you, Jen. ((((hugs)))))
Talk about looking out for us...Dh was supposed to leave VA last night, but at the last minute he was switched to a flight tomorrow. So he was able to get the call when the car place where I had left the car called to tell him that I needed a new back tire ASAP! So I was able to get that (after a million run arounds, of course!) while my mom was still here and could drive us around to get other things done. I am zonked today, too, but more from 2 whole days of errands than from sadness. God is good and even when times are hard you don't have to look too far to find examples of it! Now I am hitting the exercise bike, the shower, and the couch for the evening!
