Ok - I just want to crawl back in bed and start over...

So today we had to run a lot of errands/chores in the morning - meaning get out the door at 8am and drive to go pick up pigs (a 2 hour trip), come home, drop said pigs in their new home, change cars, drive and deliver eggs, take laptop to Best Buy to have them look at it and for DS to look at an iPod Touch because I promised him he could.

During this time they were SUPPOSED to bring a couple of subjects with them which is usually no problem.... we've done it before. The brought stuff - just didn't DO the work...

DS is now fussing because I didn't buy the iPod thing right then (he is paying for it - but I wanted to price check)....

For some reason they BOTH have to sit in THIS room and do schoolwork and are arguing if anyone makes a peep!!!

Best Buy told me I need a new power adapter (ugh - especially since this is a new laptop - but the damage isn't under warranty).... Gateway guy says I can use the 60W power supply I have until I get a new one ($65 from amazon) but not for too long.

Now the kids have given me a headache and I wanna crawl back into bed (even though it is a perfect day outside!)

Sorry you are having such a rotten day. Send the kiddos outside to work. Or better yet, you go outside and let them stay inside and do their work. It is beautiful here today too. I am starting to miss summer already, but it is a great day here. Feel better. Beth

So I feel for you there, I am waiting to set up ds' math till it gets here!

I understand the running around thign too, kids dont get over tired? lol, Give them a break as you need one too, let them have some time to themselves and you have time for yourself, dont stress the school work, unles ds or dd has a deadline to meet?

We at LEAST need to get through the week since we are going on vacation next week - LOL.

I found a power supply for $20 on eBay..... so I'm happy about that. I have one plugged in that isn't enough power - but Gateway said "just don't do that forever" - LOL.

I think everyone is just tired....it's just frustrating.

Off to make "taco pie" for dinner
