Prayer request, but a good one!

Please pray for my dh, and our family. He announced his call to preach today at church, and will be preaching his FIRST sermon this upcoming Sunday

I told him that I'll try REAL hard not to make faces at him while he's preaching. (Although it IS going to be weird for me to see him behind the pulpit!)

Praying for your family!! I always cringe when I'm in the audience when my hubby is talking (not preaching but at some military function

) Makes me SO NERVOUS.....hopefully that won't be the case for you!!!

LOL! My BIL is a pastor and my sister makes jokes when he preaches. She likes to have a good time with him. He always comes back with, "Pastors aren't perfect, they are people too!" LOL

They really are a very cute couple, to say the least.

Prayers for your family in this new roll.

It felt a bit weird the first time my hubby preached, but now that he has done a few sermons he is getting much more relaxed and doing a better job and I can just sit back and enjoy seeing him do a great job and be so proud of him.

I will be praying for your DH and family. My grandfather was a preacher and I remember watching my Dear Grandmother she was always so nervous for him...even after 40 years LOL!!!
