"To address the inadvertent limitation of our current contest and provide an opportunity for even more kids to improve their fitness,"

I have a problem with this quote. It was not inadvertent, it was a blatant exclusion of home educated children.

I think they are only apologizing now because they realized how upset everyone got. To me it's too little too late.

    Inadvertent?

Hardly! It clearly stated homeschooled kids were not welcome to participate.

Now I don't have my pantied in a bunch over this whole ordeal. I think they have a right to include or exclude anyone and run their business how they want. I want the same right at a business owner.

BUT don't go telling lies in an apology. It was not inadvertent. We are homeschoolers - we aren't stupid.
