10:30am lots of animals--wildebeest, impalas, zebras with at least two baby zebra! I'm usually in bed at this time! Look what I've been missing!

How do I get the picture full-screen now? Things look different....

I hadn't been able to get a full screen for days and yesterday Emily clicked on the screen about four times and it went to full. I was able to get it to do it again later on too.

I haven't been able to see the waterhole for days. When I go to the site, the commercials play and then freeze and that's all I get. Maybe I should try in Internet Explorer...

Dd walked past the comp and hollered elephant yesterday.I looked at the screen and they started parading in to the wh. I think we counted 17! There is a clip of it at the Aficam forum.
    Just heard hyenas today though.

I wish I had seen that! I haven't see elephants in a while. Right before Christmas we were all home and I was watching the water hole and saw something move. I kept looking trying to figure out what it was and suddenly realized it was a lion! I yelled LION! It was so funny to see everyone's reaction. We haven't seen a lion in a very long time.
12:32 pm right now. Wildebeest, zebras and impalas right now.

Remember when the lions took over the waterhole awhile back? All the other animals had to stay at a distance for about 3 days! I was hoping they were getting water SOMEwhere!

I missed the most recent elephant invasion too.

Right now there are wildebeest and impalas. 5:05pm

It was awesome to see the lions for several days. But it did get to where I missed seeing the other animals. The fact is...lions are a little boring after awhile!! :) But when they killed that water buffalo and ate it....WOW...that was neat!

    So neat!

Oh my gosh! This is way cool!! About 3 minutes after pulling up the site I saw a shooting star. Haven't seen any animals yet, but will keep my eye out. I am enjoying the relaxing sound of the crickets right now....

    Thanks for finding this!

I see something that I think is a shooting star every once in a while. I don't know if it really is but it is so pretty. I enjoyed the lions at first but when they had Christmas dinner it was a little bit too much for me. I prefer ham or turkey but hmmm water buffalo? No I don't think so. Wish I had seen all the elephants. Beth

Hey, did you guys see they added the Hummingbird webcam in with the bears and Africa? It actually works now. I just got to watch about 4-5 birds at the feeder....cool!

I think we've figured out that it's not shooting stars, it's bugs that fly by the camera and whatever type of light they're using when it's dark makes it look that way. If you watch for awhile, you'll see that it happens quite a bit, that's how we figured it out.

    Yep, this has been fun!

They used to have that hummingbird cam, but I only got it to work once. Last night I went to the bear webcam and FINALLY saw them move! Are there two babies in there? That's what it looked like--one baby moving around, another moving a little, and the mom putting up her head and saying, "Lay off, it's not time to get up yet!" At any rate, I have NEVER seen movement in there before, so I was excited!

I just saw a jackal, I think. The camera focused on it for awhile before it turned back and settled in on the good ol' WH. I don't know that I've seen one of those, so that was neat! 8:28am
