Kimberly, I'm so sorry about your diagnonis. (((hugs))) That is difficult news to get. Please know that changing your diet can help tremendously, even to the point of eliminating your symptoms in some cases. My son takes tumbling classes, too. 1. I have a crockpot of spaghetting sauce simmering on the counter. 2. I've lost 45 pounds as of yesterday. 50 more to go. 3. My muscles are sore from my "Firm" workout yesterday.
Kimberly, I'm sorry, too, about the diabetes. That runs in my family also. Xylitol--a sugar made from fiber-- supposedly helps control blood sugar. You can google it. Valerie, I'm preparing to cook some spaghetti. And, BTW, CONGRATULATIONS on your weight loss! You must be so encouraged! I have 20 lbs to go. 1. A kangaroo nibbled on my purse yesterday! I saw a pure white camel & spoke with a brown one! All this and more--on a hs field trip to an exotic animal farm where we could get inside the pen with some of the animals. It was exhilarating! 2. Today I am basking in the joys of hs friendships--both near me & all of you on-line. 3. I plan 2 C my dear mother today & give her a perm.
