Hello Robyn, WELCOME! I have 3 children: ds15, ds13 and dd9. We have been homeschooling for 9 years now, and LOVE it! It's not all fun and games, but I love being with my children and the over all benefits FAAAAAAAAARRRRRRR outweigh the very few negatives! Hope you continue to stick around, ask questions and join in!

Hello, Robyn! I'm excited that you're excited! It's a new adventure for you & reminds me of those early years when I studied every scope & sequence I could get my hands on from every curriculum provider I could find, in order to provide THE best in every catagory--no gaps allowed! Well, time & common sense words from other people eventually led me to see that only God knows the scope of his plans for our children, and He can provide the sequence of their learning as we do our best. As for the gaps? Well, unless we are God, Himself, and "know it all," there will ALWAYS be gaps in our learning & understanding. Our older two are now grown, & we are having a great time with our two sophomores. I hope you will enjoy every step of your hs experience & will sense your Maker's pleasure as you follow His lead. Once again, welcome!
