Taking drastic measures to save gasoline :-(

    You gotta read this article. :eek:

    This guy has invested money into do-dads to measure gas consumption and rides his clutch to save fuel. I would assume after buying a new clutch because he burned his out from "riding the clutch" and investing in hi-tech gadgets I think he would be in the hole. :cool:

    For a second I thought I was reading about my dad!LOL

    He has so many gadgets in his car to tell him what is going on. His purpose isn't to measure his gas as much as to see the overall performance of his truck and cars.

    Did you see the comments area under the article. There were idiots discussing running red lights in order to save on gas usage.

    I guess I'm a dork because I have a 5speed and I don't see how riding the clutch would be any different then putting it in neutral and coasting that way.
