Someone sent me this site because it has virtual base-10 blocks to use for subtraction regrouping. When I finally found the home site from the page where i was sent, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have TONS of virtual manipulatives here.

Enjoy!

It's neat, but to me, "manipulatives" and "on-line" are opposite!!! The whole idea of "manipulatives" is to allow the kids to get their hands on something and move it around. They have to be HARD and TOUCHABLE.

Again, I'm NOT saying these things aren't good. I know some of them Phillip will love, and it will be great for him to do!

They'll be great for us until we can purchase the Math-U-See blocks. :) Thought it might work that way for others, too. Plus, my kids are very visual, so this works *almost* as well. ;)
