Prayer please

Why does it always feel like I'm on the asking end of prayer?
Anyway, I have two requests:

1) Our home phone was disconnected today because the phone company has the previous people who had this number listed as living with us (they ran from their bill). Anyway, we are without phone service until tommorow when i have to go in with proof that hubby, children and I are the only ones living here. (at least I still have my cell phone and the internet - neither of which are connected through the phone company - they're both seperate)

2) Our van is making some really weird noises (power steering I think) and right now because I'm off work finances are a really tight thing for us. I can't let it go but then we can't afford a repair bill right now either.

A financial blessing (miracle) is needed in the worst way right now becaus eof the van problems and my being off work (mortgage is due next week, insurances on the house and the van, etc).

If you could keep this in your prayers, I would be really greatful. Thank you very much.

I am praying. I know God answers prayers. He answered one for me this week.

Well! I got the phone mess straightened out and we're hooked back up (they'd better not charge a reconnection fee)!

As for the van... We have big problems. I don't even know where to start with that one - the power steering, the brakes, the inspection is due on it this month and then the other regular maintenance things. We really do need a financial miracle right now... Nothing short of a miracle will solve this one.

My stomach is in absolute knots right now because of the stress caused by this. But then I don't know I'm upset about it - God has it all worked out. But in the meantime, we only have one vehicle and how safe is it to be on the road???
