How do you like to pull your TP roll off the bar?
Over the Top
or
from Underneath
Also, (and you can only do this if you pull from Over the Top) do you fold the corners back to make a little arrow pointing down, so it lays nice and flat on the roll?
Yep, I do.
I can't stand it when I am at someone's house and I have to pull their TP from underneath the roll!! So, I will take the roll and turn it around, then fold the corners back and voila!

You have too much time on your hands!
I'm just happy to know the kids are using toilet paper, and hope they flush!
In my bathroom I like it to go over too, but no little corners!
But I hate waking up in the middle of the night not being able to get ahold of the paper and you feel like your batting and scratching at it forever.

It's gotta be over the top. I don't know why, it just does. No little corners and it has to be Scott.

Over the top --that was the ONLY request my dh came into marriage with--really...that's not a joke. He has absolutely NO hang-ups at all...except that. So over the top it is.

Over the top all the time. If someone else puts iit the opposite way I will change it. Don't know why. And no I don't fold the corners.

I always prefer over the top. For us height challenged folk, that 2-4 inches of reduced reach can make all the difference. But hey, it is your floor..........LOL

WHAT IS WRONG WITH Y'ALL??? LOL!!! Everyone (except my DH!!!) knows it goes UNDERNEATH!!!
That's a big joke at our house. I always put it under, he always puts it over. But believe me, if that's the "worst" thing he ever does, we're in great shape! (Would you believe that I actually had a room mate that got MAD at me over this? GEESH!!!)

We have 3 bathrooms, our bathroom is over the top, the main bathroom is over the top, Elijah puts his under??? When I use his bathroom, I change it. I don't fold the corners. :)

This site has all the reasons why it should be over the top. Even has illustrations: (WARNING: There is some language in the comment section!!)

So true, so very true! Although there were still some confused souls making comments---including his poor m-i-l! Hopefully he can get her straightened out soon!

Underneath looks nice and tidy!
When it is over, it hangs like a sloppy towel.
Underneathers have it together! We like our toilet paper to hang like it has been starched and pressed. Like Nellie said, over the top does cause occassional twists in the paper. When it hangs you are guaranteed the same effect every time.

Oop's! I mistook that the toilet paper naturally folded over when it is over the top.;)
