Ladies, need some good recipe to make with raspberries beside Jelly....

mix them with blueberries and strawberries to make a 3 berry pie
cook them to make a sauce and put over ice cream
make a milk shake or smoothie
they are so expensive here I don't have any better recipes.

Rich & simple; try raspberry pots.
Requires one pkt frozen raspberries but fresh would be fine.
I carton of thickened cream.
Sugar to taste.
Whip the cream till soft. Fold in sugar & raspberries. I use icing sugar but I think you guys call this something else. Anyway the sugar you use to make cake icing. You can put this in the freezer if you like to make a sort of icecream or eat as is.
A variation on this is an irish desert. Add some Irish cream whiskey & a Tab., of raspberry jam to the cream. Fold in your raspberries.
Toast some rolled oats & almond flakes till golden brown. Cool & sprinkle over cream mixture. Yum.

That sounds so good!!
Or over ice cream:) with chocolate syrup and a cherry on top!

I would hardly get around to making anything with them really....I would eat them as I was washing them. :)
