We are hunting a spot at the beach in Florida for September. Do you have any ideas?
The motel we had lined up has no roof due to the storm.

I've never been to Florida before, it sounds wonderful though. Have you looked online for hotels close to where you want to stay. I'm sure you could get free materials from them too or call them for free.

Which beach are you considering? Vero Beach is very nice. Daytona and Ft. Lauderdale can be nice at that time of year.

I love FL. The 2 coasts are different. Do you want to be in the Gilf of Mexico or the Atlantic Ocean?

Sept. is a great time to be in FL, we will be there from 9/17 unitil ??

My SIL loves Vero Beach. They live in PT ST Lucie right near West Palm Beach.. I was there once and it was nice, I just am not a fan of FL for some reason.

We stayed on Coco Beach once (about 10 years ago now - wow!), and it was very nice. When the Space Shuttles take off you can see them from the beach - or so we heard. None went off while we were there. :)

My sis lived in Ft. Walton Beach---It was beautiful there! She got married on a walkway on the beach and my dd and I were in the wedding. We had fun!
