My name is Kris I am from Texas right now. I been homeschooling for 5 years I have two dd's whom are 11 and 13 years old.
My dh has all kinds of family in Minnesota.

I have two precious ones, a dd age 7 and a ds age 5. We moved here to minnesota a year ago. we are originally from the northwest. Do you enjoy texas? We are enjoying mn, however, we are anxious for spring to "really" arrive. This is only our second year of homeschooling. We started when my dd was a first grader. Welcome! Jackie from central Ohio reporting in! We're finishing up Year 7. My kids are 11, 9, and 6. My uncle lives in the St. Paul area (when he's not at his cabin at Rice Lake, WI!)

Texas is ok but alittle hot for me. I am really from the north the weather is a big change for us. I know what you mean about days we all have them. Thats when we call early let out of school a mommy day. LOL

We had a fun day today (field trip???) kidding, my sister and I loaded up all our kids and went house hunting today and then took the kiddos to burger king. I think the kids enjoyed the break and getting out of the house.j!!

Hi and welcome. I have 4 kids (10, 7, 4, 2). This is our second year to homeschool, too. We are loving it, but of course, we have "those days"!

Hey Big Roo! Welcome to the forum! My ds nicknamed my 11 month old, Roo! lol. Now we all call her that. In fact, she is not "Little Roo". lol. Maybe I should have been Big Roo, but instead, I think I will be Kanga. :)
