Hello,

This forum looks very informative. My name is Erin and I have a 10 year old homeschooler, who just started back up homeschooling after being in PS for a couple of years. Her interests are animals (she wants to be a vet when she grows up), Neopets, Nintendogs, swimming, American Girl dolls.

We will focus more on unschooling than curriculum, but open to everything. I also have a 3 year old son, no emphasis on "schooling" for him yet, he knows his ABCs, can count quite high and loves music.

Welcome to the homeschoolspot, it is a very informative place most of the time. We talk about school stuff, life stuff, and all kinds of concerns here.

I homeschool my 4 kids, ages 5, 6 and twins that are 8. My daughter wants to be a vet too. as far as homeschooling we just kind of "wing it". We don't follow a certian curiculium.

My kids are 6, 9, and 11. My middle one (DD) is into horses, and my youngest DS has talked about being a vet or working at the zoo. (He has also talked about being a cowboy....)

welcome to the homeschool spot. I am homeschool to girls one wants to go to the moon, the other wants to work in zoo or be a vet too. Looks like we are going to have alot of vets when our kids grow up. Wouldn't that be wonderful.

I'm in my first "official" year of homeschooling my 6yo son and 4yo daughter (both in Kindergarten curriculum). I think you'll find lots of great information and a great support group on this board.

Hi welcome I am in my 3 year of homeschooling. I have a dd who is 13 (and loves horses too), and a ds who 11 ( with learning difficulties). My dd wants to be a school teacher and my ds wants to be a farmer or a professional bass fisherman.

Hello and Welcome!

I homeschool my 3 children, ages 14, 12 and 8 (almost 9). This is our 8th year of homeschooling and we love it still! My oldest is in 10th grade and wants to homeschool through highschool. I love having my kids home with me (most of the time! :lol: ), so that's fine with me! I need help with highschool classes though, so my dh has taken over the Geometry and Biology classes! The other two are in 7th grade and 4th grade.

I really enjoy this site and the people I interact with here! I hope you will too!
