View Full Version : Keep DH in thoughts today

He came home this morning asking if I had been poisoning his coffee :roll: (his reasoning is that I watch too many crime dramas on TV)

He apparently got really dizzy last night at work and couldn't focus on the screen (air traffic controller - so not a good thing). It passed but when DH allows me to make a Dr's appointment for him without a lot of arguing you know it made him nervous.

My 1st thought is lyme's disease because our county has the highest % of cases of the dang thing. I had it as soon as we moved to the farm and still tested negative but all symptoms went away with the treatment.

So just keep the silly man in your thoughts today as he will be stubborn about this - but at least he's going.

My husband is like that too. If he needs to go to the doctor, I think he would rather die or something.

I wouldn't use poison ;) Easier to just feed him to the pigs - and the pigs wouldn't like the poison....(see I do watch too much crime drama TV----- ooooo is law & order on??)

He's about to go..... so we shall see about this. He'll probably get the meds anyways for it as a true positive test is odd for lymes. I'm hoping that's all it is....

Well they are "running tests" and testing for diabetes.... his dad and grandmother have/had it and I guess he might. No idea. We'll find out in a couple of days I guess....

dana, have you watched fried green tomatoes? lol
I hope he gets to feeling better. Was his blood sugar low I know that makes me dizzy sometimes.
