Hi All,

I am a homeschooling mom, and I have 4 children aged 4, 6, 8, & 10. My eldest 2 children were previously in the florida school system until 1st and 3rd grade. My youngest 2 have never attended public school. We have been homeschooling for a year now, and our first year was pretty much a scheduling nightmare, but we got through!! This year I have ordered the "core curriculum of america" packages, and am anxious to find out what everyone elses opinions are.

I'm Heidi from Pennsylvania. I homeschool my 2 girls~ ages 11 and 5.
My oldest went to 2 years in the public school system; but my hope is that both my girls can continue their educations at home from now on.
After several years of homeschool, you become more relaxed in your scheduling (at least I have~ but I've been working on it! LOL)

My oldest spent K and half of 1st in public school and then we pulled him out to homeschool...then we sent him back to ps for 2nd grade :roll: ....and then homeschool for 3rd on. :grin: He is now in 4th grade here at home. My daughter has always homeschooled and she is a 1st grader.

Welcome! I am homeschooling my 4yo and 8yo. This is our 3rd year. I have never looked at "Core Curriculum of America". I am anxious to hear all about it if you'd like to give your opinions on it!
