Hi there, I am homeschooling a almost five year old, she is a little artist. I also have a baby girl who will be one in December. We are pretty easy going about the school part of things at this point. Life is about fun when you are so young :D . We live on a bit of an urban farm, we have chickens and a large garden that we are putting up for winter. Anyway that is me. I look forward to meeting you all in the time to come. Mom2girls

Welcome to the Homeschool Spot! I homeschool my 7yo son, who is in 2nd grade this year. I love to garden! I spent a couple of hours weeding my strawberry beds yesterday :-).

Welcome! I love the idea of living on a farm. Unfortunately, dh and I know almost zelch about farming, lol. I wish I could talk him into just having a small garden. Oh well, maybe one day.

Back to you....welcome and I know you'll like visiting this site often. Lots of good info and ideas are here for the taking. I hs my 8yo and 4yo. This is our 3rd year.

I also have 2 girls, but mine are a bit older than yours (they grow too fast!) Ashley is 11 and Gracie is 5. We have alot of fun with homeschooling, and (even with older ages) we still try to be relaxed as well.

At our last house we had a garden and I loved it! I Wish we could have one here but there is not a free lot next door to us.

I homeschool two dd's who are 12 and 10 almost 13 and 11 and times goes so fast but we have so much fun homeschooling. Yes there are days, but doesn't that go with anything we do.
