About The Navigation Box

I just read the introduction and navigation para graph, can some one tell me what a breadcrumb link is or what ever that said:?:

I'll attach a screenshot again below showing the navigation box. Breadcrumbs are links showing you where you are... For example: Homeschool Spot > Homeschool Spot Forums > Introductions. You can click on any of those links to navigate the forum quickly. They show you where you are at Homeschool Spot.
