I made a planner page!!

Okay. I've been asking about these kinds of pages for months, now, and just today I figured out how to make them with OpenOffice's Draw program! YAY!

They're for my prek/kinder planner pages, and anyone is welcome to use them. I'll probably tweak them some from what I have here, but I thought some of you might want to see it!

Let's see if I can figure this out....
Gr, my pdf file is too large....

Okay, I was able to upload it as a zip file, so you'll need to unzip it before you can see it. It's still a pdf, but for some reason saving them as pdf from OpenOffice makes them huge, and I've no idea how to resize a pdf! (They're over 60K, instead of the 19.5K the forum allows.)

I don't really like the box thing for math, but I couldn't find anything else to fit there. Need one of those arrow thingies pointing the other way. Maybe I can figure it out.

And I realized that Bible isn't anywhere on there. I'm going to use the Bible reader plan that is coming with the MOH Illuminations beta LA program, so I'm not sure I need it on my planner page, but it might be a good idea. LOL

Anyway. I'm excited!

Okay, I changed it up a little. Deleted some of the blue backgrounds, and changed that stupid math box. I don't need much space for math, because all we're doing is "the next lesson" in our MUS book, but I want it on there in case we tie it in to our theme or if I want something different for each of the two boys.


So. What should I call this? "Kindergarten Thematic Unit Lesson Planner"? "Visual Thematic Unit Lesson Planner"? Something like that. Thematic Unit in there somewhere, or no?

I like it. I think I'll use it. hehehe
