Sorry if this has already been posted. Regarding the ruling in CA about parents needing teaching credentials to HS, Parade Magazine (an insert of the Akron newspaper) is having an online vote. Go to www.parade.com

On another topic--I must say that once again this forum has motivated and inspired me. Our homeschool year has gone by the wayside this year due to our OH/MI transition, and I've been really bothered by it. But we plod along slowly in the most basic areas and after popping in tonight and glancing at the thread titles, it was enough to reassure me that even though there are temporary setbacks from time to time, HSing is where we need to be!! Thanks, y'all!! (And we're hoping to be in Michigan permanently--and finally--by August. If that happens, it'll be the best birthday present for my DH and my two boys!!)

I got it fine! And it was 93% in favor of hs'ing.
